Our encounter now dates back at the beginning of April to May when she came through to SGY department with my now good friend Phillip Bukolo Jr. It was from there that we made acquaintance. Fast forward we met at church Cornerstone PWC in the east. She has been a good friend ever since we met and I am glad that today she is having her second appearance on Fruitful Thoughts Weekly Newsletter to remind and teach us about Mental Health Awareness and the impact it has on our daily lives.
